Special Election for the Town of Baine Harbour Order

Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Special Election for the Town of Baine Harbour Order.

Special election

2. A special election to elect 5 members to the town council shall be held on April 22, 2003.

Returning officer

3. Ms. Dinah Smith is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the special election referred to in section 2.
