Under the authority of section 9 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Feasibility Report re: Grand Falls-Windsor/Bishop's Falls Co-operative Initiative Order.

Report to be prepared

2. A feasibility report shall be prepared concerning the matter of the Grand Falls-Windsor/Bishop's Falls Co-operative Initiative.

Appointment

3. Chris Lowe and John Robison of SGE Acres Limited are appointed to prepare the feasibility report referred to in section 2.

Manner of preparation

4. The feasibility report shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Municipalities Act, 1999 and the Terms of Reference and shall be completed and submitted to me on or before September 30, 2003.
