Special By-election for the Town of Avondale Order
under the
Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order shall be cited as the Special By-election for the Town of Avondale Order.

Special by-election to be held

2. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in Avondale on March 2, 2004.

Returning officer appointed

3. Ms. Tammy Williams is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the election referred to in section 2.
