Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Unnamed Brook
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Unnamed Brook Water Supply Area for the Town of Jackson's Arm as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Humber Valley abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 508,144 metres and northing 5,515,844 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 731 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 508,458 metres and northing 5,516,504 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1,162 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 509,260 metres and northing 5,517,345 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 708 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 509,259 metres and northing 5,518,053 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 962 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 509,848 metres and northing 5,518,813 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1,816 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 510,636 metres and northing 5,520,449 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 535 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 511,025 metres and northing 5,520,817 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 1,577 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 511,928 metres and northing 5,522,110 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 616 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 512,471 metres and northing 5,522,400 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 600 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 513,064 metres and northing 5,522,490 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 326 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 513,266 metres and northing 5,522,234 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 2,503 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 512,371 metres and northing 5,519,897 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 2,287 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 510,845 metres and northing 5,518,193 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 349 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 510,724 metres and northing 5,517,866 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 1839 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 509,877 metres and northing 5,516,234 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 488 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 509,430 metres and northing 5,516,039 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 877 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 509,059 metres and northing 5,515,244 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 320 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 508,779 metres and northing 5,515,089 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 987 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.

The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Jackson's Arm, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 25/96, is repealed.
