Town of Plate Cove East Disincorporation Order
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 the Lieutenant Governor in Council, upon the recommendation of the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Plate Cove East Disincorporation Order.

Town disincorporated

2. The Town of Plate Cove East is disincorporated.

Repeal

3. The Town of Plate Cove East Order, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 337/96, is repealed.

Effective date

4. This Order shall come into effect on April 1, 2004.
