Notice of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of the Town of St. Mary’s, Town of St. Mary’s Wellfield
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Town of St. Mary’s Wellfield for the Town of St. Mary’s as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Placentia & St. Mary’s abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,198,280 metres and easting 304,646 metres;

Then running in a general northeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,198,520 metres and easting 304,967 metres;

Then running in a general southeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,197,930 metres and easting 305,406 metres;

Then running in a general southerly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,197,267 metres and easting 305,532 metres;

Then running in a general westerly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,197,196 metres easting 305,137 metres;

Then running in a general northerly direction to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of northing 5,197,767 metres and easting 305,032 metres; and

Then running in a general northwesterly direction to the point of commencement.

All points refer to Zone 22 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
