Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

Special election ordered

1. A special election to elect 5 members to the town council is ordered to be held in the Town of Seal Cove, Fortune Bay on July 27, 2004.

Returning officer appointed

2. Ms. Emily Loveless is appointed as the Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the special election under section 1.
