Special Election for the Town of Raleigh Order
under the
Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

1. A special election to elect 5 members to the town council is ordered to be held in the Town of Raleigh on August 4, 2004.

Returning officer appointed

2. Ms. Linda Smith is appointed as the Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the special election under section 1.
