Town of Biscay Bay Disincorporation Order
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Biscay Bay Disincorporation Order.

Town disincorporated

2. The Town of Biscay Bay is disincorporated.

Repeal

3. The Town of Biscay Bay Order, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 46/96, is repealed.

Effective date

4. This order shall come into force on January 1, 2005.
