Local Service District of (Filed Under the authority of the Municipalities Act, 1999 I make the following Order. Dated at Jack Byrne ORDER Analysis 1. District continued 2. Boundaries 3.
CNLR 59/96 Schedule District continued 1. The
area comprising the community of Boundaries 2. The boundaries for the Local Service District of Bellevue are as set out in the Schedule. CNLR 59/96 3. The Local Service District of Bellevue, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 59/96, is repealed. Schedule Beginning
at a point on the southern shoreline of Then in
a general westerly direction along the northern bank of the river and the
southern boundary of Bellevue Beach Local Service District to a point, said
point being, 400 meters northeastward along a line perpendicular to the centre
line of the Trans Canada Highway and 200 meters west of the centre line of the
road to Bellevue; Then in
a general easterly direction along a line parallel to and 200 meters from the
centre line of aforementioned road to Bellevue, to a point on the western
limits of Big Pond Protected Water Supply Area, 1982; Then
following said watershed boundary in a counter-clockwise direction, South 8E 00' East, 700 meters, South 43E 00' West, 500 meters, North 83E 00' East, 750 meters, North 35E 00' East, 2250 meters, to a point on
the northwest corner of said watershed; Then
north 27E 00' east, 1,650
meters, more or less, to a Then
north 20E 00' west, 850
meters, more or less, to a Then due
west, 1,800 meters, more or less, to a point on the highwater of Tickle Bay,
Trinity Bay; Then in
a general southwesterly direction, following the sinuosities of the shoreline
of Tickle Bay/Broad Lake, to the point of Beginning. All
Bearings refer to Grid North and, as with distances given, are subject to
