Northern Peninsula Regional Service Board Order
under the
Regional Service Boards Act

Under the authority of section 3 of the Regional Service Boards Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, makes the following Order.

ORDER

        2.   Creation of region

        3.   Establishment of board

Schedule

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Peninsula Regional Service Board Order.

Creation of region

        2. The towns, local service districts and unincorporated areas listed in the Schedule are constituted as a region with the name of the Northern Peninsula Region.

Establishment of board

        3. (1) The Northern Peninsula Regional Service Board is established for the region.

             (2)  The board shall exercise the powers prescribed for it under section 9 of the Act.
