Under the authority of section 7 of the Wild Life Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Subsection 11(1) of the Guides Regulations, 1998 is amended by deleting the words Fishery Regulations and substituting the words "Newfoundland and Labrador Fishery Regulations".

2. Section 17 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words Fishery Regulations and substituting the words "Newfoundland and Labrador Fishery Regulations".
