Deferral of 2005 General Elections for the Towns of Nain, Hopedale, Makkovik, Rigolet and Postville Order
under the
Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of subsection 5(3) of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

ORDER

The 2005 General Elections for the Towns of Nain, Hopedale, Makkovik, Rigolet and Postville are deferred for a period not exceeding 12 months from September 27, 2005.
