Under the authority of section 35 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

For dead timber, reductions shall not exceed 50 percent in cumulative total.

Road Access:  Non-serviced rates shall apply to areas which have been serviced by 2.0 or more kilometres of privately constructed road. In areas where 1.0 to 2.0 kilometres of private road have been provided, the applicable rates shall be those obtained by averaging the serviced and non-serviced rates.

Commencement

        2. Section 1 shall be considered to have come into force on April 1, 2005.
