Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986 (Amendment)
under the
Judicature Act

Under the authority of section 55 of the Judicature Act, the Rules Committee of the Trial Division, on September 16, 2005, makes the following Rule.

Form, filing and issue of application


 

        1. Rule 15.02 of the Rules of the Supreme Court, 1986 is amended by adding immediately after rule 15.02(3) the following:

             (4)  A party may amend any document filed by that party in a proceeding, other than an order, to correct the name of a party, at any time if the written consent of all the parties is filed.

 

        2. Rule 29.02(5) of the Rules is amended by inserting immediately after the word "Each" the words "interlocutory application as well as each".
