Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order shall be cited as the Special By-election for the Town of Hant's Harbour Order.

Special by-election to be held

2. A special by-election to elect 4 members to the town council shall be held in the Town of Hant's Harbour on December 8, 2005.

Returning officer appointed

3. Ms. Doris Short is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the by-election referred to in section 2.
