Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Subsection 13(1) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations is repealed and the
following substituted:

3. Section 15 of the regulations is repealed and
the following substituted:
Income support
for persons 30 years of age and younger
15. (1) Notwithstanding section 13, the monthly
amount of income support for a single person under the age of 30 years who is
renting or owns a residence and who has no barriers or impairments which would
limit that person's pursuit of employment or training as determined by an
officer is $207.
(2) Notwithstanding section 14 and subsections (1)
and (3), the monthly amount of income support for board and lodging of a single
person under the age of 30 years who, as determined by an officer, has no
barriers or impairments which would limit that person's pursuit of employment
or training
(a) who is boarding with a relative is $98; or
(b) who is boarding with a non-relative is $142.
(3) Notwithstanding subsection 14(1) and
subsections (1) and (2), the monthly amount of income support for a single person
under age 30 who, as determined by an officer has barriers or impairments which
limit that person's pursuit of employment or training is $407.
