Fish Inspection Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Fish Inspection Act
(O.C. 2005-693)

Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Fish Inspection Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. (1) Section 32 of the Fish Inspection Regulations is amended by adding immediately after subsection (6) the following:

          (6.1)  Notwithstanding subsection (6), a fish processing licence, including a renewal of a fish processing licence, that is issued in 2005 shall expire on March 31, 2006.

             (2)  Subsection 32(10) of the regulations is repealed.

 

        2. Section 34 of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after subsection (2) the following:

          (2.1)  Notwithstanding subsection (2), a fish buyer's licence, including a renewal of a fish buyer's licence, that is issued in 2005 shall expire on March 31, 2006.
