Notice of Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of the
Town of Millertown, Millertown Wellfield, WS-G-0864
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area, Millertown Wellfield, WS-G-0864 for the Town of Millertown as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Grand Falls - Buchans abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,406,109 metres and easting 532,885 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,406,360 metres and easting 533,114 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,406,472 metres and easting 533,352 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,406,359 metres and easting 534,141 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,406,241 metres and easting 534,306 metre;

Then running in a southwesterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,404,918 metres easting 533,236 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,404,970 metres and easting 532,602 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of northing 5,405,850 metres and easting 533,149 metres; and

Then running in a northwesterly direction to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection
