of Protected Water Supply Area of Lee's Pond (Filed Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the
area generally known as the Lee's Pond
Water Supply Area, WS-S-0857 for the Town of Dated at Tom Osborne NOTICE This
area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Harbour Main –
Whitbourne abutted and bounded as follows: Beginning
at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 334 645 metres and northing
5 253 591 metres; Then
running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 500 metres, more or
less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 335 039 metres and
northing 5 253 283 metres; Then
running in a southerly direction for a distance of 760 metres, more or less, to
a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 335 199 metres and northing 5
252 540 metres; Then
running in a southerly direction for a distance of 944 metres, more or less, to
a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 334 915 metres and northing 5
251 640 metres; Then
running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 757 metres, more or
less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 334 540 metres and
