Under the authority of section 8 of the Milk Scheme, 1998 the Dairy Farmers of
Newfoundland and Labrador make the following regulations.

1. Section 22 of the Milk Regulations, 1998 is repealed and the following substituted:

milk
22. The
minimum price at which milk shall be bought, sold or offered for sale FOB registered processors
premises in the province shall be $93 per hectolitre of standard milk
containing 3.6 kilograms of butterfat and for every kilogram in excess of that
butterfat content, the minimum price shall be adjusted by the amount of $3.20
per kilogram of butterfat per hectolitre.
