Timber Royalty Regulations (Amendment) (Filed Under the authority of section 35 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations. Dated at Robert C. Royalty Rates for Timber
Reductions: Reduction in
rates may be made for wood previously identified and delineated on maps as
steep slope, low volume stands (less than 90 m3 /ha), and partition
wood. The resulting reductions are not
to exceed 20 percent in cumulative total. For dead timber, reductions shall not
exceed 50 percent in cumulative total.
Road Access: Non-serviced rates shall apply to areas
which have been serviced by 2.0 or more kilometres of privately constructed
road. In areas where 1.0 to 2.0 kilometres of private road have been provided,
the applicable rates shall be those obtained by averaging the serviced and
non-serviced rates. Commencment 2. This regulation shall be considered to have
