             (c)  Official Administrator for the Town of Cook's Harbour Order, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 102/96;

             (d)  Official Administrator for the Town of Baine Harbour Order, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 13/97;

             (e)  Official Administrator for the Town of St. Brendan's Order, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 21/98;

              (f)  Official Administrator for the Town of Morrisville Order, 1998, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 41/98;

             (g)  Official Administrator for the Town of Red Harbour Order, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 75/00;

             (h)  Official Administrator for the Town of Flatrock Order, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 87/00;

              (i)  Official Administrator for the Town of Conche Order, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 11/01; and
