Dismissal of Members of the Town Council of Port au Choix and
Appointment of an Interim Official Administrator for the
Town of Port au Choix Order
under the
Municipal Affairs Act

Under the authority of section 6 of the Municipal Affairs Act, the minister, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

        1.   Dismissal ordered

        2.   Interim official administrator appointed

Dismissal ordered

        1. Mr. Vachon Noel, Mr. Terry Aylward and Mrs. Alice Bromley are dismissed as members of the Town Council of Port au Choix.

Interim official administrator appointed

        2. Mr. Dan Noseworthy is appointed as the interim official administrator to manage and conduct the affairs of the Town of Port au Choix for a period to be determined by the Department of Municipal Affairs.
