Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

Special election to be held

1. A special election to elect 5 members to the Town Council shall be held in the Town of Seal Cove, Fortune Bay on September 15, 2006.

Returning officer

2. Ms. Emily Loveless is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conduction the election referred to in section 1.
