Under the authority of section 57 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

        1. The GOULDS - KILBRIDE Zone 1 in the Schedule to the St. John's Urban Region Agriculture Development Area Order is amended by adding at the end of that description the following:

Excepting out of the preceding description of Zone 1 the following:

All that piece or parcel of land, situate and being to the east of Commonwealth Avenue, in the City of Mount Pearl, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and being bounded and abutted as follows:

That is to say, beginning at a point to the east of Commonwealth Avenue, that point having coordinates north 5 263 327.212 metres and east 320 253 561 metres of the Three Degree Modified Transverse Mercator Projection NAD - 83 for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador;

Then by property of Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation north 41° 20' 52" west for a distance of 166.508 metres;

Then south 81° 15' 14" west for a distance of 65.765 metres;

Then north 42° 03' 52" west for a distance of 59.279 metres;

Then by property of Paul Lloyd Butt north 47° 09' 26" east for a distance of 21.177 metres;

Then by property of Paul Lloyd Butt, by property of Hazel Tilley and by property of Walter Lawrence north 42° 01' 24" west for a distance of 93.065 metres;

Which land is more particularly shown on the plan on file with the minister.  All bearings being referred to the above mentioned projection. All linear measurements are horizontal ground distances.

There is a sewer easement crossing the property, and Flynn's Brook crosses a portion of the property, each as shown on the above noted plan.
