Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area known as the Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area of St. Joseph's Wellfield, WS-G-0695 for the Town of St. Joseph's as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Placentia & St. Mary's abutted and bounded as follows:

By a circle of 150 metres radius with it's centre being the Town of St. Joseph's water supply Backup Well #1, having UTM coordinates northing 5,220,908 metres and easting 307,927 metres.

All coordinates refer Zone 22 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
