Protected Road Zoning Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 36 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000 I make the following regulations.

1. Schedule B of the Protected Road Zoning Regulations is amended by repealing the Old Bonavista Highway Class III Protected Road and substituting the following:

(4) OLD BONAVISTA HIGHWAY

The Old Bonavista Highway (Route 230-A) from a point where the northern municipal boundary of the Town of Clarenville, as defined, crosses the highway to its intersection with the Bonavista Highway (Route 230) near Lethbridge.
