Teacher Certification Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Teacher Training Act

Under the authority of section 11 of the Teacher Training Act, the Teachers' Certification Committee, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

        1. Subsection 11(3) of the Teacher Certification Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

             (3)  A teaching licence issued under subsection (1) is valid only for the school year in which it is issued and may be re-issued annually.
