Under the authority of section 8 of the Provincial Parks Act, I make the following regulations.

        1. Section 6.1 of the Provincial Parks Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

Consumption of alcoholic liquor

      6.1 (1) In this section, "alcoholic liquor" means alcoholic liquor as defined in the Liquor Control Act.

             (2)  A person shall not possess or consume alcoholic liquor within Barachois Pond Provincial Park from 12:00 noon on Friday, May 18, 2007 to 12:00 noon Monday, May 21, 2007.

             (3)  A person shall not possess or consume alcoholic liquor within Notre Dame Provincial Park from 12:00 noon on Friday to 12:00 noon on the immediate following Monday during the period of May 18 to June 25, 2007.
