Dismissal of the Town Council of Avondale, Comprised of one Remaining Member, Deputy Mayor, Bernard Hickey, and the Appointment of an Interim Official Administrator for the Town of Avondale Order (Amendment)
under the
Municipal Affairs Act

1. Section 2 of the Dismissal of the Town Council of Avondale, Comprised of one Remaining Member, Deputy Mayor, Bernard Hickey, and the Appointment of an Interim Official Administrator for the Town of Avondale Order is repealed and the following substituted:

Interim official administrator appointed

2. Ms. Elaine Woolridge is appointed as official administrator to manage and conduct the affairs of the Town of Avondale for a period to be determined by the Department of Municipal Affairs.
