Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Regulations (Amendment)

Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act

Under the authority of subsection 19.11(3) of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act, I make the following regulations.

        1. The Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Regulations are amended by adding immediately after section 2 the following:

        3. Notwithstanding section 2, with respect to rendering a decision regarding the impact of changes to the Autonomous Tariff Rate Quota of the European Union on the price and conditions of sale of shrimp as considered by the panel on July 31, 2007 and secondarily on other occasions, the panel shall establish its own method.
