Board Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Scheme
and
Natural Products Marketing Act

Under the authority of section 5 of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Scheme, and the Natural Products Marketing Act, the Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador make the following regulations.

1. Section 1 of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Board Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

Short title

1. These regulations may be cited as the Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations.

2. Section 2 of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

Definition

2. In these regulations "board" means the Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador.

3. Section 14 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Board" and substituting the words "Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador".

4. (1) Subsection 19(1) of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Board" and substituting the words "Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador".

(2) Subsection 19(2) of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Board" and substituting the words "Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador".

5. Section 20 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "Newfoundland and Labrador Chicken Marketing Board" and substituting the words "Chicken Farmers of Newfoundland and Labrador".
