Special By-Election for the Town of Avondale Order
under the
Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Special By-Election for the Town of Avondale Order.

Special by-election

2. A special by-election to elect 5 members to the Town Council shall be held in the Town of Avondale on June 27, 2008.

Returning officer

3. Ms. Susan Friedrich shall be appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the by-election referred to in section 1.
