Under the authority of section 3 of the Public Inquiries Act, 2006, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. Section 5 of the Commission of Inquiry on Hormone Receptor Testing Order is repealed and the following substituted:

5. The commission of inquiry shall deliver its final report to the Minister of Health and Community Services, who shall be the minister responsible for the commission of inquiry, before March 1, 2009, and shall conclude its work before April 1, 2009.
