Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Feasibility Report re: the Annexation of the Town of Fox Cove-Mortier to the Town of Burin Order.

Report to be prepared

2. A feasibility report shall be prepared concerning the annexation of the Town of Fox Cove-Mortier to the Town of Burin.

Appointment

3. Ken T. Kelly of UVH Group is appointed to prepare the report referred to in section 2.

Preparation and submission of report

4. The feasibility report shall be prepared according to the provisions of the Municipalities Act, 1999 and the Terms of Reference for study, and shall be completed and submitted to me before April 1, 2009.
