(Filed Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I define
the following area as the Dated at Dianne C. Whalen ORDER Beginning at a point on the highwater mark of the southern shoreline of Then south 21° 00' west a distance of 1,950 metres, more or less, to the highest
point of land at Horse Marsh; Then north 82° 00' west a distance of 850 metres, more or less, to a point on the
centre line of Route 10 where that route crosses Clancys
Gullies; Then in a westerly direction following the
centre tread of Clancys Gullies to where it meets a
power transmission line; Then in a northwesterly
and northerly direction along the centre line of the transmission line to a
point on the centre tread of Then north 20° 00' west a distance of 795 metres, more or less, to a point of
Fletchers Hill, horizontal control monument No. 023420; Then northward a distance of 910 metres,
more or less, to the southernmost extremity of North Pond; Then eastward a distance of 3,135 metres,
more or less, to a point on the eastern shoreline of Cape Broyle
Pond, also known as Horse Chops Pond, that point having co-ordinates north 5
218 535 metres and east 310 375 metres; Then north 32° 00' east a distance of 405 metres, more or less, to the southwesternmost extremity of Pigeon House Pond; Then in a northeasterly
direction following the sinuosities of the western
shoreline of that pond to a river at the northernmost extremity of that pond; Then in a northerly direction along the
centre tread of the river to a point on the southernmost extremity of Island
Pond; Then in an easterly direction along the
southern shoreline of that pond to a point where the shoreline crosses a power
transmission line; Then in a southerly direction along the
centre line of the transmission line to a point of intersection with the centre
line of Route 10; Then in a southeasterly direction to the
highest point of land at Brigus Ridge; Then in a southwesterly
direction a distance of 850 metres, more or less, to a point where an unnamed
stream, emptying into Admiral's Cove, crosses an old road leading to Admiral's
Cove; Then in a southwesterly
direction a distance of 1,585 metres, more or less, to a point at highwater mark at the southernmost extremity of Sheeps Head on the northern shoreline of Cape Broyle Harbour; Then in a westerly and easterly direction,
following the sinuosities of the shoreline of Cape Broyle Harbour via Shores Cove, Brians
Cove, Fairy Pond, Southern Pond, Costellos Rock, Beachy Cove Head, to Point of the Narrows, that point being
the point of beginning. All bearings refer to grid north, central
meridian 53° west longitude, and as with distances and/or co-ordinates
