Under the authority of section 52 of the Retail Sales Tax Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Paragraph 2(a) of the Retail Sales Tax Regulations is repealed.

2. Section 34 of the regulations is repealed.

3. These regulations shall be considered to have come into force on January 1, 2008.
