Feasibility Report Respecting a Municipal Council for St. Paul's, Parson's Pond and Daniel's Harbour

Municipalities Act, 1999

Report to be prepared

1. A feasibility report shall be prepared concerning the matter to consider one municipal council to provide local government to St. Paul's, Parson's Pond and Daniel's Harbour.

Appointment

2. Ken T. Kelly of UVH Group is appointed to prepare the feasibility report referred to in section 1.

Preparation of report

3. The feasibility report shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Municipalities Act, 1999 and the Terms for Reference for the study.

Completion date

4. The report shall be completed and submitted to the minister before August 22, 2009.
