Belleoram Municipal Planning Area
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

Under the authority of section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000, I define the following area as the Belleoram Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point, that point being on the shoreline of Fortune Bay having 1:50,000 map coordinates of north 5,263,308.0 metres and east 619,981.0 metres;

Then running north 66° 22' 45" west a distance of 766.19 metres;

Then running north 40° 15' 55" west a distance of 1,891.85 metres;

Then running south 32° 01' 58" west a distance of 74.83 metres;

Then running south 16° 48' 37" west for a distance of 505.86 metres;

Then running south 56° 24' 02" west for a distance of 321.92 metres;

Then running south 32° 01' 58" west for a distance of 641.44 metres;

Then running south 60° 29' 22" west for a distance of 417.46 metres;

Then running north 35° 00' 13" west for a distance of 1,495.60 metres;

Then running north 02° 56' 16" west for a distance of 375.86 metres;

Then running north 0° 44' 49" east for a distance of 3,187.87 metres;

Then running south 89° 59' 34" east for a distance of 3,355.28 metres;

Then running due south for a distance of 670.99 metres to a point on the western shoreline of Fortune Bay having the coordinates of north 5,267,699.96 metres and east 619,418.25 metres;

Then running in a generally southerly direction following the sinuosity of the western shoreline of Fortune Bay to the point of commencement;

All the bearings refer to grid north with all distances and coordinates being approximate and based on the National Topographic System 1:50,000 mapping for Canada. The mapping projection used is 6° UTM NAD83 Zone 21.
