authority of sections 38 and 114 of the Wild
Life Regulations and the Wild Life
Act, I make the following Order. Dated at St.
John's, August 26, 2010. Charlene

hunting 8. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Open Season Big Game Moose Hunting Order, Prohibition 2. The taking of moose is prohibited throughout Moose management areas 3. The moose management areas are as described in
the Schedule. Open Season 4. The open season for moose hunting in all moose hunting areas shall be September 11, 2010 - March 13, 2011. Bag limit 5. The bag limit shall be one moose per licence. Prohibition 6. A person shall not transport or possess any
firearms under the authority of a valid game licence without being in
possession of an outdoor identification card, or non-resident equivalent card,
issued to that person. Sunday hunting 7. Hunting with a firearm on Sundays shall be permitted across the entire province, beginning October 3, 2010 and ending April 30, 2011 for the species and during the seasons as described in this Order. Repeal 8. The

Labrador, 2009-2010, Schedule (a) Area 48 - Wabush All that
area encompassed by a line commencing at the intersection of the
Quebec-Labrador border and
53° 20' 15.9 north
latitude; Then moving
due east to the western extremity of Lac Boujonnier; Then
following the southern shoreline of said lake in a south easterly direction to
a unnamed river located at
53° 19' 41.9 north latitude and 66° 56' 46.1 west
longitude; Then
following said river in a south easterly direction to Then
following the southern shoreline of Bruce Lake to a point on its south-eastern
extremity located at
53° 16' 40.7 north
latitude and 66° 47' 53.6 west longitude; Then
following a straight line in an easterly direction to a point at the western
extremity of an unnamed lake located at 53° 16' 45.9 north latitude and 66° 47' 13.1 west
longitude; Then
following the southern shorelines of a series of unnamed lakes and unnamed
rivers in an easterly direction to Then
following the southern shorelines Pegrum Lake, Nault Lake, Steers Lake, and the
southern banks of the unnamed rivers interconnecting these lakes in an easterly
direction to the north western shore of Shabogamo Lake; Then
following the western shoreline of Then
travelling due east to the Labrador Railway at Shabo; Then
following the Labrador Railway in a generally southerly direction to Ross Bay
Junction; Then
following the Quebec North Shore-Labrador Railway in a generally westerly
direction to the east Then
following the eastern shoreline of Lac Emerillion to its south southern
extremity; Then following
a straight line due south to 66° 22' 33.5 west longitude on the
Labrador-Quebec border; Then
following the said border in generally westerly and northerly direction to the

north-westerly direction to a point on the Then following a straight line in a north-easterly direction to a point on the south bank of the Kanoiriktok River located at 54° 49' 24.3" north latitude and 60° 30' 1.88 west longitude; Then proceeding in a straight line in a north easterly direction to the 450 meter summit of Post Hill at 54° 53' 38.5" north latitude and 59° 44' 49.4 west longitude; Then following 59° 44' 49.4 west longitude due south to 54° 12' 41.9" north latitude; Then following a straight line in a
generally south-westerly direction to the point of commencement. All offshore islands
excluded. (k) Area 57 - All that area of Labrador bounded by a line commencing at a point 52° 45' north latitude and 58° 00' west longitude; Then following 58° 00' west longitude due north to the intersection with 54° 00' north latitude; Then following 54° 00' north latitude due east to
its intersection with the Then following the Labrador Coast in a generally southerly direction to a point on the north shore of Caplin Bay located at 53° 07' 20 north latitude and 55° 56' 09.4 west longitude; Then following 53° 07' 20" north latitude due west to 57° 00' west longitude; Then follow a straight line in a
south-westerly direction to the point of commencement. (l) Area 58 - All that area of Labrador bounded by a line commencing at 52° 45' north latitude and 58° 00' west longitude; Then following 58° 00' west longitude due south to the Labrador-Quebec border at 52° 00' north latitude; Then following the 52°
00' north latitude due east to the Then following the Labrador coastline in a generally northerly direction to the north shore of Caplin Bay located at 53° 07' 20 north latitude and 55° 56' 09.4 west longitude; Then following 53° 07' 20 north latitude due west to 57° 00' west longitude; Then following a straight line to in a south
westerly direction to the point of commencement. (m) Area 59 - All that area of Labrador bounded by a line commencing at 53° 10' north latitude and 59° 50' west longitude; Then following 59° 50' west longitude due south to 52° 30' north latitude; Then following 52° 30' north latitude due west to 61° 30' west longitude; Then following 61° 30' west longitude due north to the west bank of the Minipi River at 52° 45' 49.9 north latitude and 61° 30' west longitude; Then following a straight line in north
easterly direction to the confluence of the Then following a straight line in a north-easterly direction to the point of commencement. (n) Area 60 - All that area of Labrador bounded by a line commencing at the edge of the west bank of the Minipi River at 52° 45' 49.9 north latitude and 61° 30' west longitude; Then following a straight line in a north westerly direction to 53° 00' north latitude and 63° 00' west longitude; Then following 63° 00' west longitude due north to 53° 10' north latitude; Then following a straight line in a generally north westerly direction to the summit of an unnamed hill, elevation 635 metres, at 53° 14' 28.4 north latitude and 64° 04' 13.9 west longitude; Then following a straight line in a south easterly direction to the shoreline at the north-eastern extremity of an unnamed lake (at the source of the Romaine River) located at 52° 52' 33.5" north latitude and 63° 36' 20.6" west longitude; Then following the south-eastern shoreline
of the said unnamed pond to the Then following the east bank of the Then following 52° 30' north latitude due east to 61° 30' west
longitude; then following 61° 30' west longitude due north to the point of
commencement. (o) Area 85 - Snegamook All that area of Labrador bounded by a line
commencing at the outflow of Then following a straight line in a north-westerly direction to the point at 54° 30' north latitude and 61° 00' west longitude on Kaipokok Lake (Warrens Lake); Then following a straight line in a northerly direction to 54° 41' north latitude, 61° 00' west longitude; Then following a straight line in a westerly direction to the unnamed river flowing into Mistinippi Lake at 54° 41' 31.7 north latitude and 61° 17' 36 west longitude; Then following said river in a generally westerly direction on its south bank to the western extremity of the unnamed lake at 54° 44' 1.53 north latitude and 61° 46' 08 west lingitude; Then following a straight line in a north-westerly direction to the southern extremity of the unnamed lake at 54° 47' 27.14 north latitude and 61° 48' 27.9 west longitude; Then proceeding in a generally northerly direction along the western shore of the aforementioned lake to a unnamed river at its northern extent; Then proceeding in a generally northerly direction along said unnamed river to an unnamed pond, then following the southern shoreline of this unnamed pond to a unnamed river at its western extent; Then following this unnamed river in westerly direction to another unnamed pond; Then following then southern shoreline of this unnamed pond to a unnamed river at its western extent; Then following this unnamed river in westerly direction to another unnamed pond; Then following the eastern shoreline of this unnamed pond to a river at its southern extent; Then following the river in a southerly direction to a point located at 54° 45' 55.3 north latitude and 62° 00' west lingitude; Then following a straight line in a westerly direction to 54° 46' north latitude and 62° 30' west longitude; Then following a straight line in a southerly
