Pedestrian Trails Designation Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Pedestrian Trails Liability Protection Act

Under the authority of section 5 of the Pedestrian Trails Liability Protection Act, I make the following regulations.

1. Section 2 of the Pedestrian Trails Designation Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

East Coast Trail

2. The East Coast Trail, described in Licence to Occupy Numbers 116109, 116385, 116547, 117581, 117747, 116626 and 110676, as assigned under the Lands Act, is designated as a trail to which the Act applies.
