Under the authority of section 111 of the Environmental Protection Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. (1) Subsection 18(1) of the Air Pollution Control Regulations, 2004 is amended by deleting the date "January 1, 2011" and substituting the date "January 1, 2012".

(2) Subsection 18(5) of the regulations is amended by deleting the date "February 28, 2011" and substituting the date "February 28, 2012".
