Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of section 197 of the Highway Traffic Act, I make the following regulations.

1. Subsection 14(4) of the Cargo Securement Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

(4) After March 31, 2011, a person shall not use a tiedown or a component of a tiedown to secure cargo to a vehicle unless it is marked by the manufacturer with respect to its working load limit.
