Income and Employment Support Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Income and Employment Support Act

Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. (1) Paragraph 8(a) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations is amended by adding immediately after subparagraph (iv) the following:

                 (iv.1)  income tax refunds for the year 2010 or later,

             (2)  Subparagraph 8(d)(iv) of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

                    (iv)  income tax refunds for the year 2009 or earlier,

Commencement

        2. These regulations are considered to have come into force on January 1, 2011.
