for the Local Service District of Bunyan's Cove,
#1 Well, WS-G-0094
under the
 Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area known as the Wellhead Protected Water Supply Area, #1 Well, WS-G-0094 for the Local Service District of Bunyan's Cove as a wellhead protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Terra Nova abutted and bounded as follows:

By a circle of 100 metres radius with its centre being the Local Service District of Bunyan's Cove water supply #1 Well, having UTM coordinates northing 5,364,833 metres and easting 720,574 metres.

All coordinates refer to Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
