Order Respecting a Feasibility Report for Humber Village
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999

Under the authority of section 9 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 I make the following order.

ORDER

Analysis

        1.   Short title

        2.   Feasibility report

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Order Respecting a Feasibility Report for Humber Village.

Feasibility report

        2. (1) A feasibility report shall be prepared to explore the options for the provision of local government to Humber Village. 

             (2)  Dennis Knight of DW Knight Associates is appointed to prepare the report.

             (3)  The report shall be prepared according to the provisions of the Municipalities Act, 1999 and the Terms of Reference for the Study.
