Income and Employment Support Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Income and Employment Support Act
(O.C. 2012-027)

Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. Subsection 16(4) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

             (4)  In addition to the income support referred to in this section, an officer may grant additional income support up to but not exceeding $150 a month but in no case shall the amount of support under this section exceed the actual amount required by the applicant or recipient for shelter.

Commencement

        2. These regulations are considered to have come into force on December 1, 2011.
