Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Designation of Inspectors Order Repeal Order.

Repeal

2. The Designation of Inspectors Order, Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 113/97, is repealed.

Commencement

3. This Order comes into force on May 2, 2012.
