Short title

1. This order may be cited as the Order Respecting a Feasibility Report for the Amalgamation of the Local Service District of Virgin Arm-Carter's Cove, the Town of Summerford and the Town of Cottlesville.

Feasibility report

2. A feasibility report shall be prepared to consider the amalgamation of the Local Service District of Virgin Arm-Carter's Cove, the unincorporated area of Parkview, the Town of Summerford and the Town of Cottlesville.

Appointment

3. George Whey of Whey Consulting is appointed to prepare the feasibility report.

Preparation of report

4. The feasibility report shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Municipalities Act, 1999.
